These guidelines define what a social media user can and cannot do on your social media site. Having these around is extremely important when you need to enforce acceptable behavior on your social pages.

These let the moderators know how to respond when violations are made against the terms of service.
Social Media Crisis Guidelines
When things become a crisis, what do you do? Who do you involve? How do you respond? These guidelines help define all of these things hopefully ahead of time.
