When I first arrived at National University all the emails were sent out as images. I redesigned all of the emails to have as much text in them as possible so we could maximize inbox deliverability. As a result email conversion rates grew by a record 12.26%. Here is a sample of one email.

Labs are available to National University Golf Academy active students who are either enrolled or have completed a course within the past 45 days.
Lab fees may be covered by loan programs when taken with a course. However, if taken in a month when not enrolled in a National University course, the student is personally liable for the lab payment.
